Shipping Policy
Domestic
All orders are dispatched for shipping the same or next business day. Monday - Saturday. Sunday purchases will be shipped Monday. All orders include a tracking number and are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail services at no cost to the buyer.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is accurate and secure. We do not cover porch pirates (theft) or failed delivery due to incorrect address issues. While we hope this never happens, if it does, please contact us as we will work directly with you to figure out the next steps.
As with any service, shipping delays in transit can and do happen. From holidays to mechanical failures to inclement weather. Evmize does its part to get the item to the carrier as quickly as possible. However, we DO NOT guarantee delivery times and do not provide compensation or refunds for delayed packages.
Lost or misdelivered items - please contact team@evmize.com. If the package looks to be lost in transit, we (Evmize) will work directly with USPS. If the item was marked delivered - the buyer must work with USPS.
International
All international orders are dispatched for shipping the same or next business day. Monday - Saturday. Sunday purchases will be shipped Monday. All orders include a tracking number, insurance, and are shipped via USPS Priority International or USPS Priority Express International mail services.
We charge the exact weight of the item with shipping quotes provided directly by USPS. We DO NOT mark up shipping costs. If the shipping quote seems high, please contact us at team@evmize.com and we will double-check the shipping price.
The buyer is responsible for knowing local country customs laws and import fees. Evmize does not cover any import duties or taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy
General Policy
If you don't like something you've bought from us you have 14 days (from the date of delivery) to send it back for a full refund. Orders are not returnable after 14 days. We do not cover return postage.
We do not refund the original postage paid.
Conditions & Instructions

Buyer must contact us to get an RMA number issued before shipping the item back

Returns must be sent via a tracked/insured shipping service

Items must be received in NEW & UNUSED condition

Items must be received in resellable condition
At Evmize's discretion, items returned that do not meet the above conditions may incur a restocking fee.
Limitations
We do not offer refunds for failed installations. We provide free troubleshooting and can walk you through the installation of any product we offer.
We do not offer refunds for packages delayed during transit.
We provide immediate refunds for products damaged during shipping - only if - photos of the box and product are provided to us. This is required to process USPS insurance claims. Evmize reserves the option to exchange the item instead of refunding.
Exchange
If you bought an item in error (EG: Mud Flaps for Tesla Model 3 when you have a Model Y) or the item was damaged during shipping but you still want it, please contact us for exchange options.
