LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE (LRG)

Once eligible - all parts ordered from Teslamize are guaranteed for the life of the ownership of your car. The lifetime guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to parts you buy from Teslamize. You must be both the current owner of the car and the original purchaser of the parts.

 

Replacement Criteria:

In order to qualify for the LRG, the product must be malfunctioning or damaged in some way.

Example:

  • Cracked mud flap from normal driving or track use (not involved in an accident)

 

To Be Eligible: (1-2-3)

  1. Must purchase directly from Evmize.com

  2. Leave a product review (with a picture/s of the product/s on your car) on our website
    OR
    Tag @teslamize_usa in an IG post (with a picture/s of the product/s on your car)
    *Don't have IG? Other social media platforms may be accepted as long as you can include a picture and link to our site

  3. Send us your Order # and proof of # 2 to team@evmize.com


 

To File a Claim:

  1. The product must meet replacement criteria and follow the guidelines set out in the F.A.Q. section

F.A.Q.

  • Do I have to send the damaged item back?
    No, return of a damaged item is not required for the LRG program. That would be a waste of both time and money. Once we accept and process the LRG claim you are free to discard or use the item as you please.
  • What’s covered?
    Simply put - everything we sell (for the most part). Please review the limitations and exceptions for excluded items or items we cannot offer the LRG on.
  • Can the LRG program be changed?
    Yes, Evmize reserves the right to modify or discontinue the LRG program at any time, for any reason, and without written or verbal notice. We don't see this happening but want to cover our bases.
  • Do you cover installation costs?
    Most products on our site are consumer install friendly - meaning just about everyone can DIY install. In the event that you had a product professionally installed, we don't cover or reimburse for those costs.
  • Do I need to file for each item or each order?
    Yes, each item is eligible, and each item must be reviewed or posted on IG. Social media posts can be combined through multi photo posts. IE: If you bought 3 products, you could put 3 photos on a single post.
  • Are there any limitations or exceptions?
    Items intentionally damaged or stolen will not be covered. The LRG does not cover failure to install or improperly installed products. Additionally, the LRG will not cover any item that falls under our excluded items list. Excluded items exist, not because we don't want to cover them, but because we can't cover them - mainly because we can't get them. Excluded Items - Hand crafted or limited run items (not possible to get again) - Items that are no longer produced - Items that we no longer sell - Items that were sold on clearance, promotion, or for a 20% or more discount
  • Do I need to leave the review or IG post up?
    We can't force you, but we do hope that you leave the post up. The traffic generated from the posts help us to provide the LRG program and bring in new products at incredible prices.
  • Will I receive confirmation of LRG enrollment?
    Yes, we will respond via email letting you know that we received and reviewed your LRG submission.
  • Should I keep proof of my eligibility?
    Yes, while we do our best to keep accurate records, we ask that you retain copies of your submission to the LRG program.
  • Are pictures required to submit an LRG claim?
    Yes, while we want to make the LRG process simple, we need to be able to verify that the product meets the replacement criteria. We may also need this in order to process potential warranty claims with our vendors.
  • What if I track my car?
    Awesome! We still cover our products!
  • Any limits to the number of times a part can be replaced under LRG?
    Parts are limited to a single replacement of any given item. We may on occasion go past this, however, we are not in the business of selling bad parts so the chance of needing a double replacement is highly unlikely. Likewise, we also stand behind every product we sell, so we will take multiple replacements on a case-by-case basis.
  • How can Evmize afford to offer this?
    We want to be the best and sometimes that means incurring costs to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and loyalty. High quality products simply don't break, but in the rare event they do or wear out over time - we have you covered!
  • Does this apply to international customers?
    Yes! However, International buyers must cover shipping and import duties / taxes.
  • Do you have a returns policy?

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    All shipments are expedited already. Whether ordering through our site or eBay, all items go through USPS - via tracked First Class or Priority services. At this time we dont offer any service that would expedite further. International orders have the option to pay for USPS Priority Express International.
  • Can I cancel or amend my order?
    Yes! As long as your product has not been shipped: eBay: - Cancel though your "Purchase History" page. eBay orders are generally final if tracking/postage has been purchased. Direct: Contact us at team@evmize.com
  • How long until my order is shipped out?

  • What if my product is damaged?
    We don't like receiving damaged products and neither do you. If the product arrived damaged, please contact team@evmize.com as soon as possible. We will work directly with you to resolve any issue. If a product is damaged during installation, please contact us. We are not like other businesses. We understand mistakes happen and can work with you to get replacement parts at a discounted rate.
  • Where do you ship from?
    Direct or eBay orders are filled by Teslamize and shipped from WA,USA. We do not do drop shipping of any kind.
